On September 4, 2026, a meeting took place between H.E. Mr. Hamdy Shaaban Abdelhalim Mohammed, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and አና Nesterova, Chairperson of the Russian Chapter of the BRICS Women’s Business Alliance.

During a substantive conversation, the parties discussed prospects for further cooperation እና የ integration of representatives of Egypt’s entrepreneurship community into the BRICS business agenda.

In addition, formats for cooperation on the sidelines of upcoming events were highlighted, such as the III BRICS Women’s Entrepreneurship Forum፣ የ Russia–Africa Summit, as well as the BRICS Fashion Days in Cairo.
