On June 23, 2026, the 2026 BRICS Women\u2019s Leadership Forum was successfully held in Beijing, China. The Forum, themed \u201cForging BRICS Strength for a Shared Future,\u201d was organized by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) and the China Chamber of International Commerce (CCOIC). Representatives from the \u201cBRICS+\u201d countries, including outstanding women from political, business, academic, and cultural sectors, exchanged views on topics such as building a resilient global supply chain network with inclusive leadership, driving a new engine of BRICS technology cooperation with resonant innovation, and painting a new vision of harmony in diversity with cultural exchange. The Forum also featured a thematic sharing session titled \u201cEmpowering Women\u2019s Strength, Building a BRICS Future\u201d and introduced the forthcoming BRICS Women\u2019s Development Report (2026). Over 300 participants, including government officials, business leaders, experts, scholars, and diplomats from BRICS countries, attended the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
