About the Forum

Having become the key and flagship event of the BRICS WBA during Russia’s BRICS Chairship in 2024, the Forum, held on June 3-4, 2024 in Moscow, gathered more than 350 representatives of business, public and government circles from 26 countries, including all the BRICS countries (Russia, Brazil, India, China, South Africa, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Ethiopia, Iran, Indonesia, Israel, Azerbaijan, Republic of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Laos, Republic of Mali, Philippines, Republic of Belarus, Sierra Leone, Sudan, Thailand, Republic of Uzbekistan, Vietnam, Zambia, Zimbabwe).

The Forum occupies a significant place among the events of Russia’s Chairship. The Alliance continues to develop, hold various events, and has already achieved so much since it was first established in 2020. This event was an opportunity for BRICS representatives to meet with people from other friendly countries. The theme chosen by the organizers, ‘Shaping the Future Together’, reflects prevailing trends in creative development. We will only be able to overcome the challenges facing the modern world and create a new world order that reflects the political and economic realities and aspirations of every state if everyone works together
