بر October 15–16, 2026, the delegation of the Russian Chapter visited Indonesia on a business mission.

The program of the visit included a series of B2B meetings, as well as participation in Trade Expo Indonesia و International Women Business and Investment Forum 2026, organized by the Indonesian Business Women’s Association, BRICS WBA Indonesia Chapter.

The exhibition was attended by the Deputy Minister of Trade of Indonesia H.E. Dyah Roro Esti Widya Putri, and the opening of the Forum on October 16 was addressed by the Minister of Women’s Empowerment and Child Protection of Indonesia H.E. Arifah Choiri Fauzi.

Russian delegates participated as keynote and panel speakers in sessions presenting their companies and sharing their vision on practical cooperation in fields such as high technologies and AI, industry and finance.

A special focus was placed on education as a key step for upskilling and knowledge development of women entrepreneurs. Building on this approach, a Memorandum of Understanding was signed between Orel State University named after I.S. Turgenev and Universitas Trisakti on academic cooperation. Within this framework, the universities plan to jointly launch a program on financial literacy and financial security.
