Brief description: Under the instruction of National Population and Family Planning Commission (NPFPC), CTC serves for the developing and implementation training programs and providing consultancy services for effective transfer of knowledge, skills, and experience, with eyes on supporting sustainable development. CTC fully plays the role of international communication and cooperation by actively providing professional training for government officials, programme managers, technical service personnel from developing countries on Reproductive Health, Maternal and Child Health, Population and Poverty Reduction, etc.
