of the “My Health” service on the portal of PublicServices for citizens, the waiting time for special
ists will be reduced, the procedure for making an appointment with a doctor will be simplified, and it will be possible to get an electronic prescription. Automation of the workplaces of medical workers will allow them to serve patients more efficiently. All regions of Russia will be provided with the op portunity to conduct telemedicine consultations.
