Goal: to advocate for the rights of domestic workers.

Brief description: MTDWA presents a platform for domestic workers to collectively negotiate for better working conditions, fair wages and adequate benefits. MTDWA works with local media to raise awareness and collaborates with local leaders and authorities. organizes training to enhance workers’  skills and knowledge (e.g., MTDWA with the support of ILO/FAIRWAY organized a two-day sensitization training on Domestic Workers Convention (C 189) targeting domestic workers including returnees).
