The Program Overview
• Target Audience: High school learners, particularly young women, and their schools.
• Program Structure:
o Mentorship: One-on-one and group mentoring sessions with successful women
entrepreneurs.
o Leadership Training: Courses focused on leadership development, self￾confidence, and critical thinking.
o Entrepreneurial Support: Continuous guidance from high school to post￾graduation, including business planning, funding strategies, and networking.
• Work Readiness Exposure: Learners will engage in workshops and practical
experiences that prepare them for the professional world. This includes resume
building, interview techniques, and understanding workplace dynamics.
• Career Guidance: We offer personalized career counseling sessions to help
learners identify their strengths and interests, explore various career paths, and
make informed decisions about their futures.
• Wellness: Recognizing the importance of mental and physical health, our program
incorporates wellness sessions. These sessions focus on stress management, self￾care practices, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance.
