The “Green School Taza.Likee” project aims to educate the residents of our region about ecological issues, methods of their resolution, and sustainable development. Objectives: 1. Increase the level of ecological awareness among the population through educational activities. 2. Encourage people to take environmentally responsible actions in their daily lives. 3. Form a conscious community interested in protecting the environment and actively participating in sustainable practices, as well as promoting eco-friendly solutions and initiatives. 4. Create a “gathering point” for the ecological community. 5. Develop a strategy to save recyclable materials from landfills, return resources to circulation, and promote a circular economy. 6. Increase trust in the recycling sector, changing perceptions (waste is not garbage but useful raw material if it is recycled). 7. Create a platform to spread services that make recycling understandable and accessible to people (eco-loyalty system, eco-taxi, recycling museum, eco-events, zero waste store). Target Audience: Our project targets various age groups, including schoolchildren, students, and adults, as well as organizations and community associations interested in protecting the environment and preserving nature. However, special emphasis is placed on the younger generation. Implementation Methods: – Development of an eco-education program as part of additional education, integrating it into the educational process. – Conducting a series of educational seminars, lectures, and practical workshops on sustainable consumption, household waste sorting, waste recycling, and environmental protection. – Organizing ecological events such as “Clean Streets of My City,” “Clean City Starts with You,” “Sort at Home,” “Not My Waste, but My Planet!” “Sort to Save!” “The Planet Can’t Cope Without Your Help!” to unite a conscious community and inspire active participation. – Developing and distributing informational materials (poems and animations, as well as social videos on waste sorting topics, brochures, posters, online resources) to promote a sustainable lifestyle. Expected Results: The project’s implementation will lead to increased ecological awareness among participants, a rise in the percentage of people participating in ecological events, a conscious attitude toward natural resources, and, as a result, a reduction in negative environmental impact. In the long term, the project will help create an active community ready to protect the environment. Conclusion: The “Green School Taza.Likee” project represents an important step toward forming an environmentally responsible society, aimed at creating a sustainable and ecologically clean educational environment. We believe that its implementation will not only benefit participants but also contribute to improving the environmental condition in our region, the country, and the planet as a whole.
