At 36, I didn’t have a profession; I was just a housewife. After a difficult separation, I started studying to get into college. As someone with ADHD, I faced challenges in learning, which led me to create my own study method. This method later helped me earn a PhD in neuroscience and transformed my life. It became the foundation of my startup, which focuses on professional training for low-education workers in agriculture. Through this startup named “Já Entendi Agro”, we have trained over 350,000 workers, aiming to reduce carbon emissions, increase agricultural productivity, and promote sustainable, more profitable food production for farmers.
