1. Accessible & Affordable Uniforms:
o Scope of activities: Tailor high-quality, affordable uniforms for schools, corporations, and organizations.
o Volume: Based on needs analysis per school/organization (50- 1000+ products)
o NPO Market: Local shops, Schools, NPO site, Online
o Partner with local businesses and the Department of Education to address the competition commission’s concerns about expensive uniforms.
2. Second-Hand Clothing Upcycling:
o Scope of Activities: Refurbishing 2nd hand clothes for reselling
o Volume: Demand based
o NPO Market: Ons Winkel (2nd hand shop), NPO site
o Collaborate with Ons Winkel to breathe new life into donated clothes, increasing access to professional attire for low-income households.
o Promote environmental sustainability by reducing textile waste.
3. Artisanal Crafts for Tourism:
o Scope of Activities: Tailoring, sewing, and beadwork to create marketable crafts.
o Volume: Supply to multiple distribution points
o NPO Market: Mpumalanga tourism hotspots, local markets, NPO site
o Develop and deliver skills workshops in tailoring, sewing, and beadwork to create marketable crafts.
o Partner with the Department of Tourism to showcase and sell these crafts at Mpumalanga tourism hotspots.
4. Sustainable Furniture Restoration:
o Scope of Activities: Artisanal upholstery and carpentry activities
o Volume: Based on demand targeting all local households

o Equip participants with valuable upholstery and carpentry skills through furniture restoration and upcycling services.
o Offer these services at affordable rates to the community, extending product lifespans and promoting sustainability.
