TAD Udyog Pvt. Ltd. is a leading bamboo innovation company focused on harnessing the potential of bamboo to create consumer products with a social impact. Our work centers around empowering rural communities by providing structure, training, and creating sustainable economic value chains. By using bamboo, which grows with little to no water, we help communities in regions like Tripura reduce migration and gain stable income sources. We now have anywhere around 350+ artisans working with us out which 80% are women across our 5 clusters.

Over the years, we have built a strong portfolio under our brand name “Silpakarman” , including more than 100+ active SKUs in kitchen and home decor currently, a growing international clientele, and products listed on 19 e-commerce platforms now. We have also pioneered the bamboo tea market with our unique blends rich in rare nutrients. Our bamboo leaves tea brand is called “BeYouTea – the bamboo leaves tea”and is also available in four flavours. It is patent pending in India & U.S.A.

Our efforts have not gone unnoticed, with notable achievements including the Emerging Women Entrepreneur 2023 award and recognition in Forbes Asia 30 Under 30 for Social Impact.

Looking forward, TAD Udyog is expanding its international e-commerce presence and launching new product lines. Our new wing of bamboo cellulose is already in development, promising further innovation in eco-friendly materials​.
