Leoninna attracted $280,000 in funding, affected 12,000 people and created 120 new jobs. UNA Project is runned since 2022 in juvenile prisons in Rio to prepare incarcerated youth for the workforce by training them in soft and hard skills. With the WIT support, UNA’s initiative is to develop a platform focused in skill mapping, employer partnerships and mentorship for employing vulnerable youth.
