Facilitado pelo Sr. Vitaly Nikiforov, o Memorando de Coopera\u00e7\u00e3o assinado visa abordar a escassez de trabalhadores da constru\u00e7\u00e3o civil na R\u00fassia, criando e implementando o projeto de parceria BRICS Labor Resources. Este projeto se concentra em facilitar acordos internacionais para atrair m\u00e3o de obra estrangeira em especializa\u00e7\u00f5es em engenharia civil, aprimorando a gest\u00e3o da for\u00e7a de trabalho por meio de tecnologias inovadoras e organizando processos de sele\u00e7\u00e3o para garantir a adequa\u00e7\u00e3o de candidatos de pa\u00edses fornecedores de m\u00e3o de obra.<\/p>\n<p>O acordo visa promover uma troca de recursos humanos entre os pa\u00edses membros do BRICS e a \u00c1frica, garantindo benef\u00edcios m\u00fatuos no desenvolvimento da for\u00e7a de trabalho e do capital humano. Inclui a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o de miss\u00f5es empresariais e a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de um sistema comunicativo entre os empregadores da ind\u00fastria da constru\u00e7\u00e3o nos pa\u00edses do BRICS, aplicando tecnologias avan\u00e7adas de gest\u00e3o para resultados de coopera\u00e7\u00e3o ideais. A Expanded BRICS Women Foundation (EBWF) e a The Intrud Agency se comprometem a colaborar estreitamente nessas iniciativas, coordenando esfor\u00e7os para formar solu\u00e7\u00f5es de pessoal, monitorar implementa\u00e7\u00f5es de projetos e apoiar o crescimento profissional da for\u00e7a de trabalho por meio de engajamentos e f\u00f3runs estruturados.<\/p>\n<p>A parceria delineada no memorando \u00e9 abrangente, abordando v\u00e1rias facetas de emprego e desenvolvimento profissional dentro da ind\u00fastria da constru\u00e7\u00e3o. Inclui protocolos para suporte legal, log\u00edstico e operacional para facilitar n\u00e3o apenas a mobilidade da m\u00e3o de obra, mas tamb\u00e9m oportunidades de coloca\u00e7\u00e3o profissional e desenvolvimento de habilidades para africanos na R\u00fassia.
