Goal: to ensure everyone can access life-saving vaccines when they need them. The company intends to contribute to the Best Practices of labor regulation and social support to care providers.

Brief description: Continuing protection actions and care in coping with the pandemic, Sabin’s Group also acted to strengthen its culture and its organizational climate, with programs integrated management of health and well-being of employees, new projects of development and capacity building, in addition to strengthening the Diversity Program and Inclusion, during the year of 2022. The associated strategies were highlighted to Sabin’s Culture, such as the events of celebration, thank-you programs and recognition, the face-to face meetings of development and actions aimed at integration of employees’ families. Sabin’s Group invests in the training of its employees, spreading a culture humanized and a work environment based on respect, ethics and care. The Sabin Vaccine Institute released a commit
ment to anti-racism statement, in which it condemned racism in all its forms and set a new anti-racist standard for ourselves as an organization and as leaders.
