The immersive session took participants through an introduction to Ayurveda Dosha Quiz, Pranayama, Dhumapana, Marma Chikitsa, Face Yoga, Mudras, and Nada Chikitsa — offering women entrepreneurs a holistic experience rooted in the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda for health and wellbeing.
