{"id":108145,"date":"2026-04-19T09:20:50","date_gmt":"2026-04-19T06:20:50","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bricswomen.com\/?page_id=108145"},"modified":"2026-06-29T09:16:42","modified_gmt":"2026-06-29T06:16:42","slug":"about-the-project","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/bricswomen.com\/zh\/care-economy-white-paper\/about-the-project\/","title":{"rendered":"\u5173\u4e8e\u672c\u9879\u76ee"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u7167\u62a4\u7ecf\u6d4e\u662f\u6307\u8d1f\u8d23\u63d0\u4f9b\u7167\u62a4\u548c\u670d\u52a1\u7684\u7ecf\u6d4e\u90e8\u95e8\u3002\u66f4\u5177\u4f53\u5730\u8bf4\uff0c\u5b83\u5305\u62ec\u513f\u7ae5\u4fdd\u80b2\u3001\u8001\u5e74\u7167\u62a4\u3001\u6559\u80b2\u3001\u533b\u7597\u4fdd\u5065\u4ee5\u53ca\u4e2a\u4eba\u793e\u4f1a\u548c\u5bb6\u5ead\u670d\u52a1\uff0c\u8fd9\u4e9b\u670d\u52a1\u65e2\u6709\u4ed8\u8d39\u5f62\u5f0f\u4e5f\u6709\u65e0\u507f\u5f62\u5f0f\uff0c\u5e76\u4e14\u6db5\u76d6\u6b63\u89c4\u548c\u975e\u6b63\u89c4\u90e8\u95e8\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7167\u62a4\u7ecf\u6d4e\u6db5\u76d6\u4eba\u4eec\uff08\u4e3b\u8981\u662f\u5973\u6027\uff09\u5728\u5bb6\u4e2d\u6bcf\u5929\u8fdb\u884c\u7684\u6d3b\u52a8\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5bb6\u52a1\u6216\u7167\u987e\u5176\u4ed6\u4eba\uff0c\u5982\u5a74\u513f\u6216\u8001\u4eba\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u62a4\u7406\u7ecf\u6d4e\u8fd8\u5305\u62ec\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u793e\u4f1a\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\uff0c\u7279\u522b\u662f\u4e0e\u5c31\u4e1a\u4fdd\u9669\u3001\u52b3\u5de5\u6807\u51c6\u3001\u5e26\u85aa\u75c5\u5047\u3001\u79fb\u6c11\u653f\u7b56\u63aa\u65bd\u7b49\u76f8\u5173\u7684\u793e\u4f1a\u57fa\u7840\u8bbe\u65bd\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u56fd\u9645\u52b3\u5de5\u7ec4\u7ec7\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u968f\u7740\u5404\u5730\u5bf9\u513f\u7ae5\u4fdd\u80b2\u548c\u8001\u5e74\u4eba\u62a4\u7406\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u4e0d\u65ad\u589e\u957f\uff0c\u62a4\u7406\u7ecf\u6d4e\u6b63\u5728\u84ec\u52c3\u53d1\u5c55\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u672a\u6765\u51e0\u5e74\u5b83\u5c06\u521b\u9020\u5927\u91cf\u5c31\u4e1a\u673a\u4f1a\u3002&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-border-color has-brand-dark-blue-border-color\" style=\"border-width:2px\"><strong><em>\u9884\u8ba1\u65b0\u5174\u804c\u4e1a\u7684\u5c31\u4e1a\u673a\u4f1a\u4e2d\uff0c\u6709 37% \u5c06\u51fa\u73b0\u5728\u62a4\u7406\u7ecf\u6d4e\u9886\u57df\u3002&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u4e16\u754c\u5404\u5730\u7684\u62a4\u7406\u5de5\u4f5c\u4ecd\u7136\u666e\u904d\u5b58\u5728\u798f\u5229\u548c\u4fdd\u969c\u7f3a\u5931\u3001\u5de5\u8d44\u4f4e\u6216\u65e0\u62a5\u916c\u4ee5\u53ca\u9762\u4e34\u8eab\u5fc3\u4f24\u5bb3\u7b49\u95ee\u9898\u3002\u663e\u7136\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u9700\u8981\u5728\u4e24\u4e2a\u65b9\u9762\u5bfb\u6c42\u65b0\u7684\u62a4\u7406\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\uff1a\u4e00\u662f\u62a4\u7406\u653f\u7b56\u548c\u670d\u52a1\u7684\u6027\u8d28\u548c\u63d0\u4f9b\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u4e8c\u662f\u62a4\u7406\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u6761\u6b3e\u548c\u6761\u4ef6\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u9274\u4e8e\u6b64\uff0cBRICS\u5973\u6027\u5546\u4e1a\u8054\u76df\u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u5206\u4f1a\u63d0\u8bae\u5206\u4eabBRICS\u5408\u4f5c\u4f19\u4f34\u5728\u7167\u62a4\u7ecf\u6d4e\u9886\u57df\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u5b9e\u8df5\uff0c\u5e76\u7f16\u5199\u4e86\u4e00\u4efd\u5b9e\u7528\u6027\u6587\u4ef6\u2014\u2014\u300a\u7167\u62a4\u7ecf\u6d4e\uff1aBRICS\u767d\u76ae\u4e66\u300b\u3002\u8be5\u767d\u76ae\u4e66\u5df2\u53d1\u5e03\uff0c\u5e76\u5c06\u57282024\u5e74BRICS\u5cf0\u4f1a\u4e0a\u63d0\u4ea4\u7ed9BRICS\u9886\u5bfc\u4eba\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-28f84493 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u8bba\u6587\u5185\u5bb9\u5305\u62ec\uff1a<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">-\u5206\u4eab\u62a4\u7406\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u77e5\u8bc6\u3001\u89c2\u70b9\u548c\u6700\u4f73\u5b9e\u8df5\uff1b\u5b9e\u73b0\u513f\u7ae5\u4fdd\u80b2\u548c\u8001\u5e74\u62a4\u7406\u7684\u65b0\u6a21\u5f0f\uff1b<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">- \u62a4\u7406\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u6280\u672f\u548c\u6570\u5b57\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\uff1a\u57fa\u4e8e\u5e02\u573a\u521b\u65b0\u7684\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\uff0c\u4ee5\u8bc6\u522b\u3001\u5956\u52b1\u3001\u51cf\u5c11\u548c\u91cd\u65b0\u5206\u914d\u62a4\u7406\u6d3b\u52a8\uff1b<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span \u516c\u53f8\u548c\u7ec4\u7ec7\uff0c\u4ee5\u4fbf\u4ed6\u4eec\u4e86\u89e3\u5408\u4f5c\u4f19\u4f34\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u62a4\u7406\u7ecf\u6d4e\u89e3\u51b3\u65b9\u6848\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u6b22\u8fce\u6240\u6709\u5408\u4f5c\u4f19\u4f34\uff08\u516c\u5171\u548c\u79c1\u8425\u90e8\u95e8\uff09\u7ee7\u7eed\u53c2\u4e0e\u8be5\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u5e76\u5411 WBA \u4fc4\u7f57\u65af\u5206\u4f1a\u63d0\u4f9b\u6709\u5173\u6700\u4f73\u5b9e\u8df5\u7684\u66f4\u591a\u4fe1\u606f\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\"
