Under her leadership, the organization has forged impactful partnerships across Dubai, China, Germany, Zimbabwe, Ghana, and

Princess Palesa’s exceptional impact has earned her numerous accolades, including the Presidential Award, South African Entrepreneur of the Year (2020), and the South African Heroines Award for Presidential Leadership (2020). She also serves as an Ambassador for the Southern Africa

In 2025, she has been nominated for the prestigious Influential Women of the Year Award and will be celebrated among South Africa’s Top 30 Women Making a Difference at a high-profile gala on April 26th at Gold Reef City, where she will share the stage with top entertainers and industry leaders.

She represents the Southern Region at the African Union Sixth Region/COMESA and the BRICS Women Development Platform, contributing to policy-shaping initiatives that uplift women and youth. Her roles include Additional Member of the Congress of Traditional Leadership of South Africa (PEC Gauteng Province) and Advisor within the Gauteng Advisory Group (UK KTN)—advancing international collaboration and inclusive growth. She also serves as Deputy President of the Soweto Business Forum, driving a unified voice for business advocacy in one of South Africa’s most iconic economic regions.
