The aim of the project is to provide the BRICS population, in particular women and vulnerable groups, with basic skills for employment in high-demand sectors (hospitality, retail, catering) and basic digital literacy.
Key components of the project:
- Practical skills: Short-term training in working professions with the issuance of certificates for foreign citizens in professional training programs in the following professions:
- Cook (3rd class)
- Bartender (4th class)
- Manicure master
- Pedicure master
- Master of eyelash extension
- Makeup artist
- Eyebrow specialist
2. Digital skills: Online courses on basic computer and internet skills necessary for modern work and commerce.

During the business mission to Nigeria (13-17 April, 2026), the RUC team conducted a series of intensive masterclasses. Russian specialists shared their secrets in cooking and makeup with young people from Nigeria. The participants acquired relevant practical skills.
