The aim of the project is to provide the BRICS population, in particular women and vulnerable groups, with basic skills for employment in high-demand sectors (hospitality, retail, catering) and basic digital literacy.

Key components of the project:

  1. Practical skills: Short-term training in working professions with the issuance of certificates for foreign citizens in professional training programs in the following professions:
    • Cook (3rd class)
    • Bartender (4th class)
    • Manicure master
    • Pedicure master
    • Master of eyelash extension
    • Makeup artist
    • Eyebrow specialist


    2. Digital skills: Online courses on basic computer and internet skills necessary for modern work and commerce.

    Project’s Initiator: Alsu Nabieva, Regional Representative of the BRICS WBA Russia in the Republic of Tatarstan, Rector of the Russian University of Cooperation (RUC), Deputy of the State Council of the Republic of Tatarstan, PhD in Economics

    During the business mission to Nigeria (13-17 April, 2026), the RUC team conducted a series of intensive masterclasses. Russian specialists shared their secrets in cooking and makeup with young people from Nigeria. The participants acquired relevant practical skills.
