اتحاد غرف التجارة والصناعة الهندية (FICCI)، بصفته الأمانة الرسمية لـ تحالف الأعمال النسائية BRICS, successfully convened the Roundtable on the Care Economy under the Working Group on Inclusive Economy, bringing together member countries from across BRICS nations.

The roundtable provided a platform for representatives from BRICS Nations to share their current state of the care economy, present best practices, and identify opportunities for cross-country learning and collaboration.

Chaired by Ms. Sudha Shivkumar, Past President, FLO & Director, Shiv Automobiles Pvt Ltd, and Co-Chaired by Ms. Priyanka Gulati, Partner, Grant Thornton, the discussion focused on strengthening care infrastructure, workforce development, public-private partnerships, and technology adoption as key enablers for women’s economic participation across the BRICS.
