On Food Security and Agriculture for Ghana
This project aims to enhance the skills and knowledge of Shea processors in Ghana by offering comprehensive training on modern and sustainable Shea processing techniques. By focusing on improving the quality of Shea products, the initiative will empower local processors, particularly women, to increase their productivity and access higher-value markets. Through capacity building, participants will gain expertise in quality control, safety standards, and environmentally friendly practices, ultimately contributing to the growth of the Shea industry and the preservation of Shea trees.
