On May 15 – 16, 2025, the BRICS Women’s Business Alliance will hold the II BRICS Women’s Entrepreneurship Forum in Moscow, Russia. High-ranking guests from the BRICS nations, BRICS partner states, and countries that aspire to cooperate with the association will attend the Forum. Under the motto “BRICS Goes Global”, The II BRICS Women’s Entrepreneurship Forum, will convene over 1000 entrepreneurs, government officials and experts from more than 30 countries to discuss new opportunities and challenges in the context of advancing women entrepreneurship in the expanding BRICS space.

The organizer of the II BRICS Women’s Entrepreneurship Forum is the BRICS Women’s Business Alliance.
The Forum business programme includes plenary session, panel sessions, pitch sessions with the winners of the BRICS Women’s Startups Contest 2024, B2B sessions, youth programme, workshops, signing ceremony of agreements and MOUs.
The Forum participants have access to all events on the EWF business programme from 15 to 16 May excluding plenary session and the invitation-only events.

Participation in the Forum is free of charge.
The participants can register to the Forum on the BRICS WBA Platform.

The personal web office is a personalized section of the official Forum page where participants can see the status of their participation, edit personal data and company information, upload a badge photo and request for B2B meetings.
To access the personal web office please enter the username and password that you indicate when registering on the BRICS WBA Digital Platform.
Should you wish to edit your personal information, go to the ‘Personal information’ section of the personal web office.
An accreditation badge will be required to access the Forum venue.
Badges are issued to specific individuals and are not transferable. You must keep your badge and ID with you at all times while at the Forum venue.

A range of items will be prohibited from the event venue. In order to avoid any inconvenience when accessing the venue, participants are advised to leave any such items at their accommodation or in their vehicle.

There will be a notification in the participant’s personal web when a participant badge is ready for collection.
A participant badge can be collected in person upon presentation of:
ID (info must match that in the personal web office)
the original copy of the personal data processing consent form
If information contained in the participant’s ID has changed in the time since a participation application was submitted, the participant’s personal web office must be updated accordingly.
Before issuing a badge, a member of staff at the accreditation point will check that the information in the personal web office matches that on the document provided. Should there be any discrepancies, it will not be possible to issue a badge on the same day.
If the badge is being collected by an authorized representative, they must provide the following:
Authorized person’s passport
Original of standard power of attorney
List of participants (attached to the power of attorney)
Copies of participants’ passports
Originals of personal data consent forms

Badges can be collected from the Forum accreditation point.

Coffee break, lunch and dinner areas with free catering services will be organized at the Forum.

Participants can obtain a visa through an invitation for foreign arrivals – is not an invitation to the Forum, but a special document from the Forum organizers, which can be sent to you personally upon your request.

Moscow climate is continental. The average day temperature in May is ranging from 15˚C (59 °F) to 20˚C (68 °F). It is better take an umbrella with you in case it rains. Please check the Russian Meteorological Agency website for the latest weather forecast before your arrival.
Moscow time zone: three hours ahead of Greenwich Mean Time (GMT +3).
We do recommend having cash with you for the entire duration of Forum due to restricted use of foreign bank cards in Russia.
Please note that you can carry a maximum of 10,000 euros or dollars without having to declare them.
Currency exchange offices are located at the airports, hotels and banks. The best place to exchange foreign currency in Russia is at a bank, as bank offices are favorably located around the city.

Please note that due to the current sanction policies, money withdrawal or usage of foreign bank cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, JCB or American Express cards issued abroad is impossible on the territory of the Russian Federation.
In Russia, MIR and UnionPay payment systems work without restrictions in any currency. Participants are advised to apply for a card or bring their existing card of any of these payment systems, if possible.
Please note that the UnionPay payment system has started operating in Russia only recently, so the use of UnionPay cards may occasionally fail and transactions may not be completed.
