Format: Simulation Game

Debates on men’s and women’s leadership remain relevant as gender stereotypes still strongly influence perceptions of executive managers in terms of their professionalism and leadership. In this simulation game, two experts (one man and one woman) will form teams to solve a case – a business crisis. Within a limited time, they need to effectively organize their teams to solve the case while demonstrating leadership skills.
