On November 20, 2025, H.E. Hem Vanndy, Minister of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation of the Kingdom of Cambodia, held a personal meeting with Ms. Anna Nesterova, Chairperson of the Russian Chapter of the BRICS Women’s Business Alliance in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
Ms. Nesterova presented the Alliance’s key activities and initiatives. The sides discussed potential areas of cooperation between the BRICS WBA and Cambodian entrepreneurs.
On November 20, 2025, H.E. Hem Vanndy, Minister of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation of the Kingdom of Cambodia, held a personal meeting with Ms. Anna Nesterova, Chairperson of the Russian Chapter of the BRICS Women’s Business Alliance, in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
During the meeting, Ms. Nesterova presented the Alliance, its key projects, and initiatives, highlighting that the Alliance’s cooperation with countries interested in cooperation is primarily facilitated through its regional offices. She also noted the opportunity to establish a regional office in Cambodia to strengthen partnerships and promote joint initiatives.
H.E. Hem Vanndy emphasized the significant role of women in Cambodia, noting that they lead a numerous small and medium-sized enterprises. He expressed strong support for collaboration between the BRICS Women’s Business Alliance and the Cambodian women’s entrepreneurial community, assuring that the Cambodian Ministry of Industry, Science, Technology and Innovation would actively facilitate and support the development of such initiatives.
