On January 27, 2026, representatives of the Russian University of Cooperation (RUC), a member of the Russian Chapter of the BRICS Women’s Business Alliance, organized the discussion platform “Youth Cooperation ASEAN-BRICS-RUC: Opportunities for Young Entrepreneurs”.
Moderator: Regina Alenbakh, Assistant to the Rector and Coordinator for International Affairs at the Russian University of Cooperation, Member of the Youth Committee of the International Cooperative Alliance (ICA Youth).
During the discussion platform participants:
• analyzed support measures for young entrepreneurs in the participating countries;
• identified key barriers faced by youth when entering international markets;
• formulated scalable solutions and practical support mechanisms to overcome these challenges.
Participants from ASEAN countries also developed concrete recommendations and proposals to be integrated into the draft of the ASEAN-BRICS-RUC Youth Entrepreneurship Development Concept.
It is planned that the Concept will be submitted for approval at the International Consumer Cooperation Forum in Kazan (Russia) in 2026.
