To mark the occasion of International Women’s Day

FICCI, as the Official Secretariat of the BRICS Women’s Business Alliance, successfully convened a webinar on ‘Women Leading Systemic Change: Building Resilient and Inclusive Economic Systems’. The session was addressed by Ms Avarna Jain, Chairperson, BRICS WBA India & Vice Chairperson, Saregama India Ltd. We were also honoured by the special remarks of Dr. Zhao Haiying , Chair of BRICS WBA China, HRH Lebogang Zulu, Chair of BRICS WBA South Africa, whose contributions enriched the discussion with global perspectives. The webinar brought together women business leaders from select BRICS member countries to share their leadership journeys and exchange perspectives on policy enablers that can strengthen inclusion and expand opportunities for women.

The conversation reaffirmed the importance of collaborative efforts in advancing women’s leadership and building more inclusive ecosystems across BRICS.
