BRICS WBA to Hold Session at SPIEF
On June 18, a separate session of the BRICS Women's Business Alliance will be held within the Saint Petersburg International Economic Forum.

SPIEF is a unique event in the world of business and economics. It has been held since 1997, and since 2006, it has been held under the auspices of the President of the Russian Federation, who has also attended each event. The Forum brings together the chief executives of major Russian and international companies, heads of state, political leaders, prime ministers, deputy prime ministers, departmental ministers, and governors.

At session "Women in BRICS economy: role, significance and source of new growth area", Alliance Chapter Members and business representatives from BRICS countries will discuss issues of supporting women's entrepreneurship, innovation and start-ups, expanding access to education and professional development, and digital technologies, facilitating entrepreneurs' access to finance and promoting women's leadership in business.

The participants of the panel discussion will also talk about the projects initiated and implemented in the framework of the Alliance.
