The project addresses a pressing and urgent problem that can be addressed, in part, by using existing scientometric databases as an example, but taking into account the interests of the BRICS scientific community. The project’s initiators have an understanding of how, in what sequence, and using which tools to approach the problem, which is briefly outlined in the presentation.
