OPPORTUNITY Heall Sector Collaboration Collaborating with the health sector, Kavu Africa targets improved nutrition for chronic patients by replacing genetically modified ingredients with healthier alternatives like cassava and yam, aligning with the growing demand for organic and natural food products.

 

THE SOLUTION Drying food Produce for Sustainable Impact Kavu Afrika’s atmospheric forced-air dryers offer a practical solution to prevent food loss, create value, and positively impact seasonal food insecurity. The model emphasizes empowering small-scale farmers economically, socially, and intellectually.

 

TARGET GROUPS Farmers Small/medium-scale rural farmers, predominantly youth and women, with access to a simple mobile phone, are targeted for collaboration through farmer cooperatives.
