Conference "One Belt, One Road" Held in Beijing
On October 17, 2023, the Conference "One Belt, One Road" was held in Beijing.
From the BRICS Women's Business Alliance, the event was attended by Anna Nesterova, Chairperson of the BRICS WBA Russia Chapter, and Yuliana Slashcheva, Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Soyuzmultfilm Animation Studio and member of the BRICS WBA Russia Chapter.
The speakers at the Conference were He Lifeng, Vice Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China, Gao Yunlong, Chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce, John Lee, Chief Executive of Hong Kong, and many other senior officials.
The participants of the Conference emphasized the importance of cooperation within the framework of the "One Belt, One Road" initiative, put forward by the Chinese President Xi Jinping in 2013.
As a result of the Conference, about 300 cooperation agreements were signed between business representatives of the countries participating in the initiative.
