On November, 17, 2023, Galina Volkova spoke at the International Economic Cooperation Forum "China-Europe-Yulin" held in Yulin, Shaanxi Province, as part of the Silk Road Exhibition.

Shaanxi Province, located in the heart of China, is considered to be the spiritual cradle of China's culture and history, as well as the starting point of the Great Silk Road.

Galina Volkova, Co-Chair of the Council on Disability of the Russian-Chinese Committee for Friendship, Peace and Development, CEO of Orthomoda, Member of BRICS WBA Russia Chapter, participated in the Forum virtually as an honored guest.

Galina Volkova informed the Forum participants about the activities of the Council on Disability of the Russian-Chinese Committee for Friendship, Peace and Development. She addressed issues related to bilateral cooperation between Russian and Chinese companies in the field of rehabilitation and social support for people with disabilities. She also shared her experience in establishing such cooperation, using the example of the Russian company "Orthomoda" and the Chinese counterpart "Nao Technology".
