On November, 30, 2023, Galina Volkova, Head of Working Group on Inclusive Economy of BRICS WBA Russia Chapter, took part in 14 Plenary meeting of the Russian-Chinese Committee for Friendship, Peace and Development in Beijing.

As part of the meeting, members of the Russian-Chinese Committee met with Han Zheng, Vice-Chairman of the People's Republic of China. During the meeting, Boris Titov, co-chairman of the Russian-Chinese Committee, Commissioner for Entrepreneurs' Rights at the President of the Russian Federation, noted that relations between the two countries are at the highest point of the development.

Galina Volkova, as co-chair of the Council on Disability of the Russian-Chinese Committee for Friendship, Peace and Development, made a report on the work of the Council in 2023 and spoke about the main directions of its activities for 2024. On the sidelines of the Plenary meeting, Galina Volkova met with the leaders of the China Disabled Persons' Federation and representatives of the rehabilitation industry in China.
