On December 8, 2023, in Shanghai, as part of a visit to the People's Republic of China, Galina Volkova, Head of the Working Group on Inclusive Economy of BRICS WBA Russia Chapter, signed a cooperation agreement with business partners from China.

The agreement envisages the establishment of a strategic partnership between the Russian company Orthomoda and the Chinese company Power One Enterprise Holdings Ltd. in supply of orthopedic shoes and rehabilitation equipment.

The leaders of the Chinese company received Galina Volkova at their headquarters with great enthusiasm and friendly warmth. During the talks, the Chinese partners emphasized large-scale prospects for the development of cooperation in mutual supply of medical and rehabilitation equipment and goods between Russia and China.
